Paper Abstract:
|
The proposed system Intellisense Sentinel is a low cost, computer vision based stationary intelligent weapon that can be used to guard designated area by detecting and tracking human motion using web cam or simple wireless camera. The system uses a hybrid approach which takes advantage of connected component labeling and kanade-lucas-tomasi (KLT) algorithms to detect individual moving objects in a series of images and track feature points. The human movement path detector algorithm is designed to match predefined feature points with real time moving feature point paths to detect and track multiple human objects simultaneously. |
